«It was incredibly easy to use Lildog»
Agility and rally athlete, Linda Kvalø, is impressed with how easy it is to set up Lildog.
The app is very simple and clear
Linda Kvalø from Trondheim is an active dog sports practitioner who trains her dogs every day for various competitions in canicross, leash sledding and agility.
"It only took two minutes to register, add a dog and connect the GPS", explains Linda."Creating a user was incredibly easy, it's impossible to make a mistake", she continues.
Linda immediately understood how to see the dog on the map. After exploring the app for a little while, she concludes that "The app is very simple and clear, and it's easy to navigate through".
Lildog is good insurance for a new puppy
Linda is waiting to welcome a third Australian Kelpie into her home."I will really appreciate having GPS tracking when the puppy is at home, you never know and accidents happen, so if it goes missing, I can easily find it again with Lildog".
"It will also be exciting to see how many steps it takes compared to the adult dogs, and me", she adds.
"As it grows, it will be interesting to follow the activity level of the puppy in relation to the other dogs", continues Linda.
Sees their dogs as athletes
Linda's dogs are active every day, to the point where she sees them as athletes. In addition to hikes, they do Canicross, rope sledding and agility.
"Agility is a sport with a lot of speed which can be a great burden for a dog, so being able to observe and follow the status of health, temperature and any changes will be worth its weight in gold", says Linda.
Lildog offers real-time GPS tracking. When the dog runs around, she can clearly see that the dog's location is updated immediately. She throws a ball far many times and each time the result is the same.
Accurate tracking
“The tracking of the dog appears to be really accurate. I can follow in real time when my dog is moving while playing with his ball, which is very reassuring if one day he runs off”, she says while she compares where the dog is in front of her and on the map.
Another thing she notices while the dog is running around is that the pedometer updates the dog's steps as it moves."It's fun that I can follow the step counter, I'm looking forward to actually seeing how many steps my dog takes in a day, because it seems very accurate".
