Frequently asked questions

Yes! If you experience that the Lildogen is not working properly, you can try holding down the button on the device for 5 seconds. Release, and do the same thing again. This will restart the device.
If that doesn't work, you can also reset it as follows: double-press the button to activate the light and then hold the button until the light goes out again. This takes just under a minute, and the device will then restart with two green flashes. If it is still blue, you can double-press it again.

Your Lildog's location updates every 70 seconds when it is outdoors and moving. When it is at rest, it will not update its position until it moves outdoors again. If you have real-time tracking on, it will update every 10 seconds.

The battery will last for about 5 days with normal use. The battery life depends on whether you use it a lot or a little. If you often go for a walk with your dog and use Lildog, it will send more location updates and will therefore use more battery. If you turn on real-time tracking, the battery will also drain faster. Therefore, remember to turn off real-time tracking after the walk. If your dog is mostly at home, the battery will last longer.

It cannot be turned off directly. When your Lildog is resting, it will go to sleep and then it will also save battery.

If you hold the button on your Lildog for three seconds, a blue flashing light will appear. This means that your Lildog is in “bluetooth pairing” mode. If you press the button and a green flash appears, this is confirmation that your Lildog is turned on.

If you double-click the button, Lildog will light up constantly blue. You double-click to turn off the light.

To charge Lildog to 100%, it must be charged for 2 hours. When it is fully charged, it will make a small sound and light up green.

There is no commitment period on the subscription, and you can cancel it at any time so that it is not renewed after the end of the period you have paid for. You can purchase a new subscription again whenever you wish.

You can share your account (email address and password) with your family. There is currently no limit to how many people can be logged in as the same user.

When you receive your Lildogen after purchasing it, you must activate it in the app. After you have registered in the app and added your dog, you will be asked to activate your Lildogen. To activate it, enter your card information and then select the type of subscription you want, as well as the length of time you want to order. The subscription can be canceled at any time until the last day of the current period.
